By purchaseing any art you automatically accept that you've read my Terms of Service and you agree with them!
Ignoring rules isn't an excuse!
Basics
โข All clients ๐บ๐๐๐ ๐ฏ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ด or older to purchase a commission
โข I have full rights to upload my art in my galleries and use it for prints, portfolio etc.
โข I can also use your picture for my Patreon (this means i am allowed to post the high resolution version for supporters as well as WIPs and/or timelapse of the process!)
โข Anonymous commissions are possible but you have to let me know beforehand that you don't want your name listed anywhere!
โข Copyright of the artwork stays with me, you are only allowed to use your picture for non-commercial use (upload to your galleries, use it as avatar, prints for yourself or friends etc.)
โข If you want to sell the commission as stickers, posters or any other merch item that results in profiting off of it, you have to purchase the commercial rights from me! (it is 200% of the price of the art)
โข You are NOT allowed to use your commission for AI, and if i find out you did, you will be blacklisted!
โข NFT uses are highly prohibited
โข ๐ ๐ฑ๐ผ ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐, commissions usually take 1 week to a month but it may vary depending on my queue and life situation (however if your commission will take more time than expected you will be notified!)
โข Most likely you will get 2 versions of the art:
1) high res pic for personal use only
2) low res pic for publication
Main info
โข I preferably work with reference sheets, so before you commission me please have a proper ref! (unless if it's a refsheet commission)
โข I may slightly adjust the colors for better fit, but i won't change that much that the character is unrecognizable, and I will keep specifics the same
โข I reserve the rights to decline your request for a commission for any reason with or without further explanation!
โข I won't start working on a commision/YCH until i get the full payment!
โข I show 3 steps:
1) sketch
2) line and color
3) final version
โข I don't do fixes when the full art is done only if i forgot to add a small detail but line work will not be edited otherwise!
โข I'm not responsible if you forget to ask for corrections or don't mention something in the process!
โข Always make sure you noted me everything, keep in mind that i only have the refs and info you provide me!
โข If you are unsatisfied with the result please make sure to consult me so we can work something out that benefits us both, as my ultimate goal is for you to be 100% happy with the art you paid for!

I don't draw
โข AI generated characters or purposefully AI generated/enhanced ideas or references made specifically for the sake of the commission (if you just happen to stumble upon an AI image and you want me to recreate that pose, bg etc. that is allowed!)
โขOrientation play or any belittling/disrespectful portraying of sexualities or minorities
โข Underage characters in erotic/NSFW setting
โข Some kind of cartoon, game, movie characters (however i do draw fan arts, so you can always ask!)
โข very vibrant/toxic colored characters (or i will tone down to my taste)
โข Overly complex bg and clothing
โข Hard gore,suicide,self harm
โข Feral NSFW or any erotic art including non anthro animals!
โข Hyper bodies/body parts (oversized boobs,penis etc.)
โข Pregnancy (including SFW)
โข Some fetishes (vore, watersports,scat,inflation etc.)
