Terms of service
By purchaseing any art you automatically accept that you've read my Terms of Service and you agree with them!
Ignoring rules isn't an excuse!
Basics
• All clients 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝟭𝟴 or older to purchase a commission
• I have full rights to upload my art in my galleries and use it for prints, portfolio etc.
• I can also use your picture for my Patreon (in most cases there will be a 1-3 day time limit on the artwork before it can be posted publicly as it is used as early access content for my supporters! If you are not okay with this make sure to let me know beforehand so i can apply a 50% fee which will allow you to post the artwork whenever!)
• Anonymous commissions are possible but you have to let me know beforehand that you don't want your name listed anywhere!
• Copyright of the artwork stays with me, you are only allowed to use your picture for non-commercial use (upload to your galleries, use it as avatar, prints for yourself or friends etc.)
• If you want to sell the commission as stickers, posters or any other merch item that results in profiting off of it, you have to purchase the commercial rights from me! (it is 200% of the price of the art)
• You are not allowed to use your commission for AI, and if i find out you did, you will be blacklisted!
• NFT uses are highly prohibited
• 𝗜 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, commissions usually take 1 week to a month but it may vary depending on my queue and life situation (however if your commission will take more time than expected you will be notified!)
• Most likely you will get 2 versions of the art:
1) high res pic for personal use only
2) low res pic for publication
Main info
• I preferably work with reference sheets, so before you commission me please have a proper ref! (unless if it's a refsheet commission)
• I may slightly adjust the colors for better fit, but i won't change that much that the character is unrecognizable, and I will keep specifics the same
• I reserve the rights to decline your request for a commission for any reason with or without further explanation!
• I won't start working on a commision/YCH until i get the full payment!
• I show 3 steps:
1) sketch
2) line and color
3) final version
• I don't do fixes when the full art is done only if i forgot to add a small detail but line work will not be edited otherwise!
• I'm not responsible if you forget to ask for corrections or don't mention something in the process!
• Always make sure you noted me everything, keep in mind that i only have the refs and info you provide me!
• If you are unsatisfied with the result please make sure to consult me so we can work something out that benefits us both, as my ultimate goal is for you to be 100% happy with the art you paid for!
Payment
• 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧!!! 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗺𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗡𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗳 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸! 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧! Just ignore it and keep it blank like it wasn't there.
• I work with Paypal invoces only!
• Full prepayment
• I accept payments only in USD
• If you can't pay the price, don't buy!
• 𝗡𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱! 𝗜 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝗶 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻!
• Payment plan available if the price is above 300$
• 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗗𝗘 𝗧𝗔𝗫! (it is 5% UNLESS you are taking any of my services via VGen since sadly in that case i have to put it on 10%!)
• If you are a member of my Pomegranate (10$) or Tree (20$) tiers on patreon, please let me know before payment so i can send the invoce accordingly, and apply your discount! (!! DISCOUNT DOES NOT APPLY ON MULTISLOT YCHS !!)
I don't draw
• AI generated characters
• Underage characters in erotic/NSFW setting
• Some kind of cartoon, game, movie characters (however i do draw fan arts, so you can always ask)
• very vibrant/toxic colored characters (or i will tone down to my taste)
• Overly complex bg and clothing
• Hard gore,suicide,self harm
• Feral NSFW or any erotic art including non anthro animals!
• Unnatural bodies/body parts (oversized boobs,penis etc.)
• Pregnancy (including SFW)
• Some fetishes (vore, watersports,scat,inflation etc.)

Fees applies only if the design is complex, simple and medium will not cost extra!
